Bila anda menggunakan Windows NT, 2000, XP atau 2003, pastikan untuk masuk ke dalam Operating System dengan level administrator sebelum melakukan proses instalasi program Retail Manager. Di kebanyakan konfigurasi untuk operating system seperti tersebut diatas, proses instalasi hanya dapat dilakukan oleh user yang mempunyai level administrator.
